What your need


  • If you are doing online sessions, you need to download the Zoom app if you haven't already done so


  • You need a computer device, a laptop, an iPad or a phone. A laptop and an iPad are best. 


  • And good lighting 


  • A large core ball 


  • A mat and Pillow

 

  • Wear comfortable clothing with a fitted top, bare feet or socks.
